Our prices start at $900 per month for studios with kitchens and go up to $2,000 for a two-bedroom suite during the winter season (December 1 to April 1). We also offer efficiencies (refrigerator and microwave) for $800 per month at the Greenleaf Inn.
Higher rates apply from June 1st to October 1st. During peak season, weekly prices vary with type of suite and whether the unit includes a kitchen, but generally range from $700 to $1612 per week. Overnight rates range from $125 to $300 per night.
Monthly summer rates range from $1800 to $2750.
Our cancellation policy: Seven days advance notice required for rooms and 45 days for apartments. After that date, we can offer a credit but no refunds. Cancellation fees may apply. For seasonal rentals, we charge 50% of the balance at the time of the reservation and collect full payment at check-in.
Going Sensible Green. To save the environment and save you money, we offer housekeeping as an option. We're always happy to provide clean towels and sheets for the asking. Each room is air conditioned, of course. We just encourage guests to turn it off when leaving for any extended period of time. These small steps add up if everyone does them. As a result, none of our prices includes daily housekeeping. Breakfast is not included, as we offer fully equipped kitchens.
For stays less than 90 days, Mass. Room Occupancy taxes apply.
